    • After the 2-day period has elapsed, no refunds will be issued for hosting plans.
  2. Cancellation of Services:
    • Users have the flexibility to cancel their service at any time.
    • However, refunds for cancelled services will only be provided if the cancellation request is made within 2 days of the purchase date.
  3. Domain Registrations:
    • Once a domain is purchased, it cannot be refunded, as the domain registration process is irreversible.
    • However, users have the option to cancel their domain registration without receiving a refund.
  4. SSL and VPN Services:
    • SSL certificates and VPN services are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased.
